At Fastnet Shipping we can offer you our wealth of experience and knowledge with our Jack Up Platforms which can be tailored to suit our clients project specific needs . To date we have been involved in many major infrastructural and site investigation projects with our platforms throughout Europe .
Our current platforms includ e , Jakup - which is our largest platform has 34m Legs which can be extended based on dependent on prevailing site conditions . Jakup is a Mono hull vessel with a full international load-line and can operate in offshore areas where modular platforms are not permitted . Jakup has full crew welfare facilities aboard and her main work are can traverse the barge to suit drilling and blasting operations or moving the moon pools to another location without moving the barge.
In addition to Jakup we have 2 Modular jack up platforms (Fastnet Jack 1 & 2 ) based based on the combi-float C-5 design , we have a good selection of both Quadra and Duo floats which can be assembled / tailored to suit each clients job requirements.
With all our Jack up platforms we can offer them as an all inclusive package with towage / crew transfer and safety standby vessels and any additional requirements which your project may require

 We at Fastnet Shipping can offer a multitude of experience when it come to pontoons and barges , weather self propelled or dumb barges are required Fastnet can supply plant tailored to our clients needs .
Our vessel Ardon has a 550 ton deck capacity has a full international load line and is currently equipped with a 4 point mooring can have optional spuds
Our Largest pontoon the Fastnet Barrow , Can carry 500tons , has 8 point mooring and 3 x 25m spuds.
Portaferry is a self propelled 30m Ro-Ro vessel and is suitable for a wide range of uses from piling to crane barge to material transport . Portaferry is equipped with a 4 point mooring system and dual voith propulsion .
Mudfisher is a self propelled pontoon with a pedestal crane installed . Mudfisher is equipped with a 4 point mooring system and has a large integral moon pool installed .
In addition to Ardon , Portaferry and Mudfisher we can also supply pontoons from our range of modular combi-float or uniflotes systems.
As with all our plant we can supply an all inclusive package of towage , crew boats and safety boats as per client requirements .

Dredgers

At Fastnet Shipping have a vast array of dredging experience from capital and maintenance dredging to land reclamation in the Arabian Gulf.
Our current plant which we can offer for charter includes the self discharging trailer suction dredger "Fastnet Serin" - The Fastnet Serin , is a self discharging vessel which can also under take rock placement and scour protection projects.
Should you have any requirement for bed levelling or plough dredging we can offer our tugs Agile , Adept and the GW214. Agile and Adept are the only Voith Schneider bed levelling tugs in Ireland and offer unmatchable manoeuvrability and production when compared to conventional bed levelling units. Due to their size and medthod of propulsion they are ideally suited to dredging in marinas and at berths where access may be restricted and may be limited due to the flow of tide.
In addition to our dedicated dredging plant we can offer various barges and modular pontoons which can be used in accompaniment with long reach excavators and cranes.
