At Fastnet Shipping we have a wealth of experience in tug hire and towage operations ranging from harbour towage and berthing assistance , to coastal towage, safety standby duties, anchor handling and salvage.
We have been operating tugs within Waterford Harbour and around both the British and Irish Coastlines for more than 40 years and we are now in the fourth generation of our family to directly contiune to do so.
We are Ireland’s oldest established independent towage and marine plant operator in addition to this we are also Irelands largest Marine Plant Operator by both number of vessels we have and by the amount of tonnage we operate.
At present we can offer our clients a choice of six different tugs ranging from 45ton Bollard Pull to 5 Ton Bollard pull with various propulsion systems.
